One pieces.

River Island have a great selection of one pieces all for £24.99. The floral is my favourite.

ASOS

I also like this jungle print cut-out suit which is £26.00 on Asos.com

I think my floral love is coming out on this post :)

It's never too soon to plan your 2010 summer holiday wardrobe.

As me and my friends have finally finished off our summer 2010 holiday plans, it's time to start planning the holiday wardrobe.

We have chosen to holiday in true celeb style this summer and have booked a weeks stay in the celeb hotspot, Croatia!

Now, if there's even a tiny chance that we might bump into the likes of Beyonce or the Hilton sisters then I intend to look GOOD.

If spring/summer runway shows are anything to go by (and they are) then I am reserving space for one piece swimsuits. Hopefully they will transfer some of these great runway styles into high street buys affordable for me and my student buddies :-)

Ed Hardy Designs

I never expected to like an Ed Hardy design. I'm not sure how I feel about this.

One to stay away from....

...lets not make it obvious.

My new floral love.

I thought my love for floral died when summer did. But after the festive period of black and sequined body con, I am ready for a little summer in my life again.

This is why....

I found this dress on Lookbook.NU (a fashion tip off an 18-year-old student called Mimi) and I fell in LOVE with it! Mimi states that it is an ASOS design, but I can't find it anywhere on the site.

So as I tend to do a lot, I went on a hunt for a similar one at a retail park this evening. I didn't find any that matched up with the one in the picture above, but New Look did some cute dresses which were a similar style for around £16 - £25.

This vintage rose zip dress is £25. I'm not usually a fan of pink, but on this dress the pink is cute.

This floral day dress is also £25. This dress is the most similar in style to the ASOS dress, but still not my favourite.

This ditsy print is in the sale for £16.

And this rose print playsuit is really cute if you have the pins to pull it off. £25.

My floral purchases came from the sale in Topshop and Miss Selfridge. Although I am happy that they were in the sale, I'm not convinced that they deserved their place there.

This floral cameo pearl Diva necklace was £6 from Miss Selfridge, half price.

I don't think you can ever go wrong with pearls, they match almost everything.

I couldn't find pictures of my other buys on the web.
A £12 floral dress from Topshop. Black, with beige, pink and green flowers.
And a £7 body con skirt from Miss Selfridge. Prime colour - blue, with a green, pink and purple floral print.

BARGAINS!!!

Heidi Montag has ruined her face!

Naturally, she was a pretty blonde., prettier than your average...

....So why did she do this to her face??

....At this rate when she's 40 she could end up looking like Jocelyn Wildenstein!!!

Statement heels all the way!

Great shoes or a great necklace, which would you choose?

I recently had this debate with a few of my friends, and I was shocked that I was out numbered in my argument. I would choose shoes EVERY TIME!

I agree with the famous line "you can tell alot about a person by what shoes they wear." A person who wears great shoes, usually thinks about every aspect of their outfit. Where as to me, when I see a girl wearing a really pretty dress and standard black heeled pumps which have been worn TO DEATH, she's blind to the world of fashion.

Okay, the ones in the picture above may be taking the 'statement' part a bit too far, but a unique pair of heels sets you apart from the crowd and shows confidence.

A statement pair of heels can MAKE an outfit, not to mention what they can do for your legs. So if I was made to choose, I would leave my necklace at home and let my collar bones and killer heels do the talking!

Chanel Struck Gold with their Jade nail polish.

I have been meaning to blog about Chanel's Jade nail polish for a while.

I love it!

I can't actually afford to splash out on Chanel varnishes, but it inspired me to go on a hunt for mint green shades. It took a while to find one even remotely similar. It seems that all the high street counters, like Rimmel and Maybelline, haven't quite clicked on to the pastel varnish trend yet.

But....
For my fellow students and those of you with a similar bank balance, there is light at the end of the tunnel. Me and my sister found a great shade by Barry M in boots for just £2.95. And an added bonus, it doesn't chip easy.

See, we don't need millions to live life like Lauren Conrad and her crew.
